Presenters and additional performers announced for 48th Country Music Awards of Australia – The Toyota Golden Guitar Awards

We are thrilled to announce the presenters and additional performers who will take the stage during the show at the Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre on Saturday 25 January 2020.

Additional performers include twenty-one time Golden Guitar winner, Sara Storer, 2018 Toyota Star Maker Brad Cox, much loved stars Luke O’Shea & Lyn Bowtell, Amber Lawrence and Brad Butcher, multi-award winning Bush Balladeer, Jeff Brown, and Qantas New Talent of the Year finalists Casey Barnes, Sinead Burgess, and The Buckleys. They join previously announced performers Lee Kernaghan, Felicity Urquhart, Andrew Farriss, The Wolfe Brothers, Gina Jeffreys, Busby Marou and 2019 Toyota Star Maker Blake O’Connor for country music’s biggest night of the year. 

The night will also include a special tribute to Joy McKean featuring Tom Curtain, Lee Kernaghan, Sara Storer, Troy Cassar-Daly and Lyn Bowtell.

The assembly of presenters includes Anne Kirkpatrick, Ashleigh Dallas, Catherine Britt, 2019 ARIA Nominated Artist Charlie Collins, Chris Murphy, The Bushwackers’ Dobe Newton & Roger Corbett, Double J radio announcer Henry Wagons, Fanny Lumsden & Dan Stanley Freeman and Jasmine Rae.  Plus, New Zealand’s Jenny Mitchell, Kirsty Lee Akers, Country Music Festival co-founder Max Ellis, McAlister Kemp, Missy Lancaster, Peter Simpson & Dianne Lindsay, Sam & Mollie McClymont, Shane Nicholson and Travis Collins as well as country music legend Troy Cassar-Daley, and Toyota’s Wayne Gabriel with 2020 Toyota Star Maker Sammy White. 

This impressive list joins the already announced hosts Melanie Dyer, Sinead Burgess and Caitlyn Shadbolt and red-carpet hosts two-time Golden Guitar award winner Andrew Swift and ABC’s Anna Moulder. 

The Toyota Golden Guitar Awards will be held at Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre (TRECC) during the Toyota Country Music Festival, Tamworth on Saturday, 25 January 2020.
